Bombardier Global 8000

Bombardier Global 8000 Aircraft

We built and designed the apron to pylon support tool for the Global 8000 which is the world’s fastest civilian aircraft with a top speed of Mach 0.95 and the only business jet with four true living spaces and a range of 8000 nautical miles.

Pearlception 2.0

In collaboration with Hoopers Island Oyster Company, Backbone Mechanical Design developed the first US-built high-speed, laser-guided oyster processing system.

Pearlception 2.0 automates oyster sorting and packaging. At up to 15,000 oysters per hour, this machine frees up multiple employees to do more valuable work in the oyster aquaculture business.
